TEN (10) YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY!
IMPORTANT: The RustStop® warranty is valid only if the end-user purchased the RustStop® system from this website or from an Authorized RustStop Dealer.
Before returning anything please contact contact us at 906-635-1414 to receive a Product Return Number (PRN) from one of our representatives and instructions on how to ship it to us.
RustStop® RS-5 carries a ten (10) year limited free replacement warranty on the Command Module electronics, against defects in materials and/or workmanship, when purchased from an Authorized RustStop® Dealer, installed correctly and operated under normal conditions on the original vehicle/owner identified at warranty registration. This warranty must be registered online at http://www.ruststop.net within 90 days of the original purchase or contact your Authorized RustStop® Dealer for alternative registration options. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. The sole obligation in the event of such defects is to replace the Command Module. This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse, mishandling and/or unauthorized repair. This warranty does not apply if the Command Module is physically damaged or defaced. The Command Module for warranty claim's serial number must match the serial number on the Warranty Registration and the Warranty Card. There shall be no liability for incidental, consequential, or special damages. Prior to returning the Command Module, you must contact your Authorized RustStop® Dealer for instructions. Command Modules for warranty claims must be returned to your Authorized RustStop® Dealer postage prepaid. After we confirm that we have received the faulty Command Module and that all of the conditions of this warranty have been met, we will issue a replacement. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. This warranty is in lieu of any other express or implied warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
