Your satisfaction is our mission! If you are dissatisfied with any product you have received from us for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price subject to the following terms and conditions:
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only the original retail purchaser is eligible for a refund. Before returning anything, the customer must contact us at 906-635-1414 to receive a Product Return Number (PRN) from one of our representatives. The entire product including but not limited to any and all attachments, wires, hardware, Instructions, warranty cards and the Maintenance Record Cards along with any promotional free items must be returned in the original packaging. A copy of the original purchase receipt must accompany the product. If applicable the RustStop® RS-5 Control Module serial number must match the serial number on the original invoice. The product to be returned needs to be securely wrapped with a packing material inside of a corrugated shipping box. The PRN number needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Any and all shipping costs for returning products to us for any reason are to be paid by the customer. Partial returns are not refundable. Any physically damaged or defaced items are not refundable. Shipping, handling, duties and brokerage fees from the original purchase cannot be refunded. Any gift certificates or vouchers earned from the purchase of the returned item will be voided. Other terms and conditions may apply. Restocking fees may be applicable. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process after we confirm the goods are received and meet all conditions.
